First save all USB Drive files in your PC/MAC , then delete all included files there , put in Pa1000
front USB slot and via MEDIA/Format it.
If Pa1000 still recognize USB drive then copy back in it needed files from your PC and retry.
If you face same or similar issues , you have to swap USB drive and check its system files integrity
via your PC/Mac.
Hope this helps _________________ Music Conductor - Sound Engineer & Developer - Automotive SMPS/RF R&D - Electronics Engineer

I would add to the advice given.
Do not plug in or unplug a USB device with the keyboard powered on. _________________ Biggles

It's adviced to remove USB drives only after 5 seconds of USB port inactivity. _________________ Music Conductor - Sound Engineer & Developer - Automotive SMPS/RF R&D - Electronics Engineer
