Hi All I am New to Keyboards and my Kronos needed formatting and reinstalling. this went very well, I load all 3 discs the used the USB to update to 3.12. I then put on some programs I purchased. but I have found some of the sounds have now mute notes. I used to work for Microsoft beta testing windows so I know my way around a PC my question is can I format, and load 3.12 without using the disc's?
Thank you Nivek |

myth: Kronos is a PC
It uses common PC components but the software makes it different.
I think its better to approach Kronos more openly.
And see that terminology is not Windows
You say 'programs '. It sounds like " 3rd party sample libraries".
Clarify this. _________________ Kronos 88. MODX8

You do not need to format the ssd to install an os.
The latest version can be downloaded from Korg which has an installation guide included.
As GregC suggests, more information is required regarding the muted notes etc. |

Have you authorized the purchased programs? Muting occurs with Demo programs until they are authorized. _________________ Kronos 2 73 |
