I thought it might be a good idea to create a list of sounds that work well together when layering. Sounds from the same or different categories. Or sounds that you found by accident that work well together?

Hello NativeAngels,

Much depends on what you need. Two good sounds together do not necessarily have to be a good combination. It is always necessary to think about what you would like to do when you make up the sound. Practice makes perfect...

There's one I like in particular with a classic guitar sound.
It's in the Atmosphere Ballad, KBD Set 2, Nylon & Synth.
In Up2 the Port Whine synth gives some nice extra 'flavor' to the sound.
