Hi Greg:
I believe this was (not 100% sure). At least that's what I was told (new in box). Only reason why I'd wonder is that there was no film protector on the touchscreen. Anyway, I spoke with the store and they're going to send it back to Korg. I'll wait until another comes in and try again. Thanks for your replies.

Hello Guys, I can't remember when exactly this problem starts to happen but i'm sure that was after updating the OS 3.02
i searched a lot and the most answers that i found was changing the Pitch Bend Joystick. I don't do that yet because there is no official or even a professional repairman here in my country.
now the question is, software or hardware? i can install the original OS version and check it out but i think it would be a hardware problem _________________ Korg Kronos2 88

You might try up grading your OS to 3.1.2 That might fix the issue, it's worth a try. _________________ Kronos2-61..(2) Triton Classic, Nord Stage 2, Previously owned lots of other gear dating back to the 70’s. |
