Every time I go into Program mode, or play a sound on the Set List mode that is related to Program mode, I can hear the sound being played, but there's a f*ck*ng drum track over every sound I play. I've emailed Korg, I've called their troubleshooting support, they just keep redirecting me everywhere. Can someone help me please. I did figure out how to mute it, it is under drum track in Program, but I would have to go through EVERY sound and mute the drum tracks individually, then save it. I do not want to do that, because it would take days maybe weeks, and I do not want to get rid of everything either by factory resetting my Kronos. Help.

We need a little more info...

What Kronos do you have?

Did you buy it new?

Has it always done that?

Does it happen in combi mode too?

Hey, I like Kronos drums Wink

Srsly, I can see why you might not want to hear it play in every program.

To fire your drummer, go to Global/BAsic. Uncheck Drum track and/or Karma.

Write/save your Global change

That was my guess too. That drum track was set to Global midi channel.
Can’t enjoy a Kronos without paying dues in the midi learning department.

Truth is, Kronos made it easy for me to learn midi, plus the shared info on the forum here.
I have graduated through several eras of workstations and top brand midi keyboards over three decades, and as interested in learning midi as i was, i never could make enough sense of it to break through not being able to use it. Lost until i got Kronos and some pointers on the forum here.

Kronos has so much midi flexibility except for no omni channel type function anywhere.

I agree 100%. Kronos accelerated my midi understanding.

I think the 'visual ' that Kronos provides on use of midi is a big plus.
