Install again ”the addon file”, using intro1+power button, just like a standard OS.

When you install a local set (like Musikant), its in a form of an ”addon”. Its like a small OS. A pkg file. After you install this ”addon”, local sounds and styles are avaible in pa4. After Factory Reset, ”local area” is gone, so you need to install it again. Local sets works only with microSD key,
