Does this happen all the time? Do you have third-party sounds? Tried to reset factory settings? In the factory the same? After what did it start?

This new device without third party set, factory reset does not help

I think you need to return it to the store and get a new PA700.

Probably a long shot but is you press and hold Global until the Calibration screen appears, then recalibrate.

Thank you, I tried to calibrate it did not help I was in the store also where there is the problem on another device
