Hi all!

I have Kronos 2 88key. I don't know any in-depth of this keyboard. I had this for about a year and I am experiencing a sudden volume increase while playing, almost twice the output. I have tried few piano sections (all factory default), it does same thing. It does it intermittently, so I don't know what to look for. It's connected with 8ch mixer and PA speakers, simple setup.

When this issue occurs, I just change to other patch and comeback to same one and it works normally for awhile and reoccures sometimes...

Anyone has this issue? Thanks.

Does it do it in headphones plugged into the Kronos headphone jack?

Hi,

Just a thought, from the top of my head, to help to troubleshoot the issue...

Does the vol increase happens to the whole output while playing or does it occur, randomly, on specific keys or areas of the keyboard?

If it ocurrs on specific keys it may just be some dirty or worn out key contacts, when that happens that key to keys can randomly play at full velocity (making that note sound louder) even if you are playing softly.
