That is a loaded question. Ha ha

Depends on what you want to do. It could be for some people.

Having both is very satisfying.

Both could be sen as overkill themselves.

Certainly both present a huge playground to explore.

Overall, the Korg Kronos seems to have a greater degree of sophistication than Omnisphere, though both are excellent in their own ways.

Combine them, treat Omnisphere as an expansion to Kronos..
