Hello,
When I send an email or an reply to an email of an user, the message goes to my outbox, but it stays there. I can’t send the message from my outbox.
What is the solution?

Hello.
When you send a message to someone it will stay in your Outbox and the recipients Inbox until such time as the person you sent the message to reads it.

Only when they actually read the message it will move from your Outbox to your Sentbox.

This way you know if they have read your messages or not.
