No no no... "free" or "not free" you are making excuses for korg Asena this is poor management strategy...The truth is that software bugs will cause direct losses in business revenue due to declines in customer loyalty and brand reputation...In the long run the downstream costs of a hit to brand reputation and customer loyalty often exceed direct costs... they need to reassess there company’s testing paradigm... Discovering bugs through negative social media is truly a worst-case scenario.... as much of a fan i am of PA4X (excluding bugs) we do seem to get are fair share of bugs with every update and every new model... this is surely not a good business practice... they need to tighten up on their testing strategy and process... I will say once again (echoed else where on another thread) this is a very good product... it is a great pleasure to sit down and play this product ... but korg management should very well know where I am coming from....
