Hi!

In order to solve a sound issue I did a factory reset on my Pa1000.
The sound issue is resolved.
However, the Local Pack got uninstalled.
I just want to know whether the Factory Reset would have erased the content/data on the micro SD card which had the local pack?
If not then I can contact the local distributor for reinstalling the pack as they have the installation file on their USB stick.
Please help.
