Korg Pa4 is a big problem. Many of us in the Balkans have a problem because the keyboards are blocking. I think it would be a good thing to do that because many of us in the Balkans play Korg and have already lost confidence in you. Many thinking of surrendering to another brand (roland, yamaha)[/b]

we try to help korg and ,,they know what we need ???

just look at free play styles ,, yamaha had them long before korg and now with os 3 we get ,, maybe 8 ... can i have a lump of coal.

We have installed a new OS 3.1. 0. It happens to us that the keyboards during the play are freezing (blocking). To play we have to turn it off and start it, and it's a big blow to people who are doing serious jokes and tracking some of the extras. It is very unfortunate for Korga that so many things in so many problems. Is there a way to reset this by blocking or changing the Korg to some other brand. This is a really serious problem. At fb there are groups in which musicians exchange experiences. Almost everyone has a problem with Pa4.

OK but you need to give details of the "blocking" like which mode? Which STYLE? Any samples? Action at point of blocking?
Using a UPS? Which model (international/Oriental/etc)?

This is an independent forum and not associated with the Korg organisation.
We, as other PA owners, can sometimes help but we need details in order to try and replicate your problem.

If you are (and the others you mention) are all having the same problem then maybe you should contact Korg directly (as a group).
It could even be a "batch" problem.

There are far to many posts on freezing keyboards for it not to be recognised by Korg and for them to take action.

But

You have to tell them, so I suggest that you write out exactly what you are doing and when the freezing occurs.

Once they respond you will have a Support Number, if you then post it here and others with the same freezing issue quote your report number then Korg will action.

That said the freezing does seem to have been going on for months now and I think it pre dates the latest update.

Keyboard freezes during a play at once. It is the korg pa4 international issue. How and where can we contact Korg. What is happening to us is too much for the price we paid.
