Hello,

I try to select a song from the songbook via my iPad.
I’m using bandhelper on iPad to keep my songdata.
When I select the next song in bandhelper, the according song should be selected on the pa4x via a midi command.

Can someone tell me which midi command I can use to select a song?

The following examples show some typical situations.
▪ Send the following string to select SongBook Entry #77:
Initialization string (CC#99, 98 ): NRPN MSB = 2, NRPN LSB = 64
Thousands and hundreds (00xx): Data Entry MSB = 0
Tens and units (xx77): Data Entry LSB = 77

▪ Send the following string to select SongBook Entry #100:
Initialization string (CC#99, 98 ): NRPN MSB = 2, NRPN LSB = 64
Thousands and hundreds (01xx): Data Entry MSB =1
Tens and units (xx00): Data Entry LSB = 0

▪ Send the following string to select SongBook Entry #2563:
Initialization string (CC#99, 98 ): NRPN MSB = 2, NRPN LSB = 64
Thousands and hundreds (25xx): Data Entry MSB =25
Tens and units (xx63): Data Entry LSB = 63
