I am noticing the PA600 for sale again at places like Sweetwater and Guitar Center. I thought it had been discontinued? Is it being put back into production again?

To my knowledge, these stores have had the older models for sale, even though the newer ones are available. I have seen the PA600 at Guitar Center (their online store) for sale, even after the PA700 came out. The PA300 is still advertised as well.

Maybe they just have existing stock and are trying to get rid of it all.

As a PA700 owner myself, I am not sure I could go with the PA600 or even the PA900 as an additional instrument. The changes between those models and the PA700/PA1000/PA4X are pretty dramatic...
