today my question.
Is it possible somewhere to set a recalled disk or default - the main directory for SONG PLAY ??
Is this option in Pa4X?
Korg Pa3X has this option!
Pa4X has more options so it would be a great opportunity to customize the management and paths of dafault disks.

It is not in the manual. i read manual ver.1.0. v2.0 i ver. 3.1
Many musicians ask me that. yes it is more time to select the main directory. It's not one touch.

Or could it be added to the OS?

Not on the PA4X - agree it would be good!!!

I think the PA4X design expects you to use SONGBOOK/SETLISTs now rather than SONG PLAY for live performances.
SONG PLAY is now only useful for setting up a new SONGBOOK entry.

Just my thoughts....

I know and I had all the Korg Pa instruments.
For all these years I have remained faithful to SONG Play. In my use it is better, faster for me.
I'm just a song,
Live band, guitars, trumpets,, percusie ... hence vocals, 3 voices from musicians,
I use Vocal harmony only in the studio.
Lyrics for song are written directly in MIDI or MP3.
As a backup the same text title as the song.

I use the Song book at home as a notebook for making songs, where I write down what style for a song.
