Does the Mod. Wheel always control the intensity of the LFO 1 and 2? IS this set by default?

Usually yes but is not a rule. I remember that I use a filter cutoff or Filter EG Int for some pre-sets. I think at Kross 2.

You can affect the AMS intensity effect on the LFOs, reducing it to nothing, and then apply the modulation wheel input to a different role.

Check the Parameter Guide for details.
