I’d like a green one please, to remind me of all the USD I have in the Kronos. Very Happy

In all seriousness though, I really liked the demos of this bank. On my wish list!

I’ve kind of learned to think differently about the Kronos PCG files. One per project, and I just load what I need into it from all my available choices. Seems like a necessity to learn to think like this at this point, given that there aren’t enough banks to hold every sound you ever obtain.

Still, would be nice if they can offer an option for those who don’t want to do it that way. Or at least communicate with us.

I assume, that by themselves free user banks don't take up many RAM, because they're just shortcuts.

Wink why not a blue or orange Kronos ?

I have an orange cat

History proves it would be easier to paint the cat. Smile

Hi. When someone posts a sample library like this, what is it we need to look for either from the sample manufacturer or on the Kronos to be sure they are compatible? Thanks.

each 'someone' is authorized by Korg to offer their sample lib on the Korg shop.

It is Kronos ready.

The demo will give you a good idea of fit and quality. Follow the install directions precisely.

Korg should offer up a "configure your own" Kronos. I, for instance, want a 73 or 76 key controller WITH velocity and aftertouch, but without the more difficult to play RH3 hammer action. Might as well be able to specify what colors I want as well, also disc size(s) and RAM.

Transferring libraries you've verifiably purchased through the Korg store should be made simple, be done ahead of time for you, or a list of new codes should be provided for your new unit provided you prove you've deleted or your existing unit is dead.
I bought my unit second hand in the past year, the serial number would indicate it's a pretty early model, and if it goes belly up I simply must have another one.

Korg - take in dead/dying Kronos and fix them for donation to schools without enough funding to get one.
