After KeyBed replaced, having issues with sensitivity on key

Post by ferares4 »

Hi all,

This is related to an existing topic:

Kronos LS keyboard problem - sinking keys - design problem?
http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/ ... c&start=60

I want to extend it with all to see if someone else has experienced the same issue. Basically, my keybed was replaced because of know issue with sinking keys, after replacing I'm experiencing this weird issue when playing 3 keys combined (A3 D4 E4) there's another key that loose sensitivity, here's a video for better understanding:

Still not sure if this is hardware or software related, however, I already tried "restoring to factory", updated the System and Firmware to the latest version, also I've never experienced this before changing the keybed.

I've seen a similar topic with Krome 88 but not sure if this KeyBed has anything to do with Krome.

Anyone has faced something similar? Any clue on how to fix it? In the meantime I'm complaining again to the local retailer, will keep you guys updated.

Thanks!!!

At this point, since Korg decided to fix the keyboard issue for you, I would simply let them deal with this new problem (likely to be hardware related) which is very likely to be linked to their recent repairs.
