maybe a transport issue or doa (dead on arrival), i would recommend to call your vendor and address warranty. _________________

If you have the Pa5X hooked up to other devices, try unhooking everything and see if it will start up. Just a thought to try and identify the problem location. FWIW _________________ http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=807494

Just a blind shot, but.....
Is'nt there a way to start the PA keyboards so it boot to factory settings? (i.e. by press some button combinations) _________________ Cheers 🥂

My thoughts as well. I just reached out to KORG USA, who advises to contact your KORG Distributor (KORG USA, KORG ITALY, etc.)
If you send your case information to support (via web email form) they may have a simple fix to try before you send it back. It would also be helpful to see what the issue was, and if they were able to correct it (two things that become impossible if you simply pack it up and return it)
Now, I'm not saying you shouldn't return it, I'm just curious if they have a Re-Boot procedure and if they can get you up and running with an easy fix. _________________ Dave Kalbach

The problem is solved by unpplugging HDMI before start on.
Can someone else try this to see if this is only me or someone else got this issue.
Kind regards |

Glad that worked out for ya. I figured something hooked up to it was causing it. _________________ http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=807494
