Hi Pete,
thank you. Amazing who pops out of the woodwork when a new arranger is announced . Haha.
Outsmarted myself and sold my PA4x 3 years too early, who would have thought the PA5x was going to take so long to arrive.
Bit hesitant at the moment though, no comprehensive manual to work out what functions it will and won’t have. Bugs, no doubt they’ll fix.
My store suggestedI need to get an order in asap to secure one in their next shipment, but, reading some of the comments, I’m a bit concerned.
Worst part is I have to buy without seeing one, live too far from the store.
Gather you’re not convinced yet either?

Good for you, congrats on the Phantom.
Yes, I couldn’t believe the price here either, Can’t ever remember paying more than $4k to $4.5k ( discounted) for korgs? This one is over $6k discounted for just 61 note.
Hard to know what to do.
Can’t believe Korg aren’t being more helpful to reassure potential buyers.

There seems to be over 30 Country styles, I can’t tell if they’re all the same as on PA4x as I no longer have mine.

Only from the styles I have heard, most so far are the same as PA4x - but I hope to know more soon.

If the styles' names are to go by then these are the new PA5x ones:-
...6/8 Irish Country
...Arkansas Ballad
...Country Pop 1
...Country Pop 2
...Country Pop 3
...Slow Country Shuffle
...Soft Country Shuffle
...Soft Guitar Country

These are the country styles on PA4x not on the PA5x:-
...Bar Country
...Country 16 Beat
...Easy Strumming (This may be Easy Country on PA5x)

All the others (by name) are the same (but I haven't listened to them).
