Combination/Program list in .xls or .ods format

I am in the process of rearranging my Combination bank to make it a little more navigable when practicing/gigging.

Does anyone have access to the Combination and Program lists from the Voice Name lists .pdf, but in a spreadsheet format? This would make it easier to have a record of where everything is.

I can likely extract this with a script but I'd like to avoid going through the effort if I don't need to.

This is exactly what PCG Tools is great at doing, creating lists and exporting them in a format that can be opened by Excel.
