There are only TWO Korg forums that I can find on the net and this one is supported by Korg USA so why are so many questions not being answered???
Don't users help each other out? |

It comes down to statistics, basically.
Although the forum has many members, relatively few people tend to be using it at any one time. At the time of writing this, there are 93 users online. Also, although the forum is hosted by Korg, it is not "staffed" by Korg employees, although some do find it here from time to time.
When questions come up regarding combinations of hardware and software, responses are more likely to come from folk that use, or have used that combination of hardware and software. Think of Venn diagrams and where they overlap. The chances of someone being online that can give an answer can start to become very slim. For example, a recently posted question regarding Hydrogen and nanoPAD2. I have a nanoPAD2, but have never used Hydrogen, so that counts me out from responding, except in a more generic, and perhaps not too helpful way, so I stay quiet. In fact, I did have a quick look at the Hydrogen website, to see if there was anything obvious, but something came up, and I had to prioritise away from the posting.
Hope that makes sense.
For technical support, it might also be worth contacting the Korg distributor for your location/country:
