If you are thinking of making a "training" video then it might be worth polling the group to see what they would like to know... or what did the find hard to find out.
So for me
-how to adjust the backing rhythm track volume, seems rediculously not straight forward... as such a fundemental element of a track it should be on a knob... so how about... how to put it on a control as well then?
-similarly, how to change the rhythm track style.
-also I would guess an early introduction to some of the terminology. To me a program is a set of instructions to give a computer or something you watch on a TV, not a sound or an instrument or a sample.
-sounds like others like to know how to store your favourites, I would include Rhythms too.
-basic synth controls
-how to play along to a track created with the built in workstation... and how to switch tracks off and play them live then switch them back on during the play.
I am sure there are many more how to questions that beginners and non keyboard specialist would like answered.
