My guess is that because of the new parameters added to the PA4X styles we're going to have to export the new styles as MIDI then import that midi file into a PA3x to recreate the style sans all the new stuff (like chord sequences, etc) _________________ ”It’s easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself.”

I believe that only a PA3X OS update OR a conversion tool would be the only way to go backwards with PA4X styles.
Korg did give us some converted PA800/PA2X styles ready for the PA1X - that was nice and they were perfectly converted ready to play.
Not really expecting that to happen again.

Yes it is but the issue will be the difference in style structures from model to model

I have tried that.
You need to relocate the missind sounds and then remix... |
