|
|
Hi,
This question is about the Korg Triton Pro.
I want there to be two main outputs.
I know there is one main audio output (the right and Left/mono).
I was wondering if i can someway configure (possibly through the menu options) another main audio output through the individual outputs(1,2,3,4) to make it the like the main output so I have two main audio outputs.
I want to connect one of the main audio outputs to a Mbox3 with studio monitors and the other one to an amp.
This way I don't have to turn the computer and studio monitors on when I just want the Korg Triton pro to be on with the amp and I don't have to keep plugging-in and unplugging the 1/4 cords to different connections.
any ideas?
thanks |

The headphone jack in front of the keyboard near the floppy drive; use it along w/ the main output in the back..
Could also use a quater-inch audio patchbay if you have one available, if-not they go pretty cheap these days.

Thanks,
something like this would do for the patchbay, right?
http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/TPatch
also, would a patchbay even out the Left/mono issue?
everytime I record the left/mono sounds lower-volume and I have to adjust it.[/url] |

Yes, as long the patchbay has half-normal configurations it'll do. If the problem exist in both main output and headphone output then
your Triton may require some tlc, but before you clean it I would check to see whether the sound isn't slightly panned to the right ? |

I didn't think it was a problem. I just thought that since the left-main output is mono that it sounds different or is slightly lower in volume the the Right-main out put jack.
any advice on this? |
