Hello -

I'm sure I used to be able to set a 'hold' (for voices and tempo) and change to another style on my older Pa's?

I just can't find it on this new Pa4X - can anyone point me in the right direction please?

tia - best regards
rik

On the PA3X you press the STS button until the LED goes out - then all sounds remain despite style change.

Would assume the PA4x is the same

Hope this helps

And of course you can use Tempo Lock to hold the tempo, to whatever style you change.

hello Pete

Thanks for your suggestion, but 4 Key Set buttons replace the STS buttons and no LED's. Key Sets are also selectable via the touchscreen now.

I think I've read that the previous Display Hold setting (different from global setting whereby the display does not revert to style or Song Play) is in there somewhere but I'm blowed if I can find it yet - I must be getting too old for all this technology!

Thank you also to Frans - I found Tempo hold - but that is not exactly what I was trying to get

best regards
rik

I think Pete meant the STS Mode button.
Turn this of (LED unlit).
Then it will hold the last upper and lower setting.

thanks for replies.

Solved the problem. As I mentioned STS has changed in Pa4X to Key Sets.
Keys Sets can be locked to Styles - solution was to unlock this - by pressing the button until the LED is off - simples!

thanks guys

korg lives on - sounds on this Pa4X are terrific - just my playing lets it down!
