|
|
Again, I just got the PA4X and I am in the process of setting things up. One of things I noticed is that there are no Performance buttons on the PA4X.
I have been programming the 'Keyboard Set' buttons per Style, but is there a Performance button substitute that I can do and overwrite a Keyboard Setup for any style as how the Performance buttons did for the PA800?
Thanks for any advice... I apologize, but I am still in the process of reading the manual... So, I may have not gotten to read this equivalent section yet, if there is.

I think it will make sense when you realize that they are no longer called Performances; they are now called Sets. There is a button left of the row of Sets that determine if the Set menu or sound menu is called up. _________________ DonM |

Yes.. The Keyboard Sets are the equivalent ot performance mode in the PA800. The difference is you have to save Keyboard Sets to Library first where they are saved in the USER/DIRECT button mode, and from once you save some, you can chose them on the fly as you perform from different style to different style.
This kind of assists when you use the same type of sounds for many styles. |
