Korg Pa4X can not record external MIDI data !!!!!! (new style record)
Activating the track is active, the signal is available, the sound is heard. data is not recorded. !!!!
Korg Pa3X for this to work 100% correctly.
Playing style to an external sequencer (Cubase - SONAR) and the recording is fine !!!!
MIDI playback on the PC (external sequencer - cubase or sonar) and recording in Korg Pa4X not working properly !!!!!

Please repair this problem !!!!!

I tested all versions of the OS. for Korg Pa4X v1.0.2 then 1.1.1, 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 then. In all systems is a mistake. Thus, since the beginning of this thing it is not working properly.
The problem still persists!

Yes About the way you know and I know. but this method is unreliable and does not know the possibilities as from the external sequencer. On all models it is working properly. So KORG pa4x a bad system. then they are useless midi style settings. what for. When it can not be used. shame shame shame bad bad bad. Still wait to repair the system. If not then I am forced to sell it and return to PA3X. But I believe that this can be corrected only need to want to fix this problem. So I thank you for your reply. But I am forced to take further action.

I see you've placed this in the suspected bugs section - good.

Let's wait and see what Korg team says or indeed if anyone else can replicate it in case there is an issue with your PA4X

We tested several pa4x as well 61key 76key. The problem is all Korg Pa4x. There is an error in one tool but to everyone. yet. And they were all asking why? I believe that Korg services. Unfortunately, we do not know until create high-quality styles. A converter Pa4x MIDI into the style is not so perfect.

Hi,

While this bug is planned for a fix in a forthcoming OS version, the correct way of converting MIDI files to Styles is using the Import functions in Pa4X.
