Hi all.can I link 3or4 pads together to make 1 long sample or do you have to use 1 pad per 5 second sample????? |

You can't chain samples. Samples can be up to 2 bars long if produced at the same tempo as your gadget song. To play anything longer requires chopping up the sample into 2 bar loops in an audio editor/daw and then importing all of them into bilbao. You can then place each loop sequentially into the sequencer to give an overall sample length of up to 32 bars. At least this is the straight forward way.
Another way is to start your gadget song at half the tempo of your sample. This will mean that your sample can now be up to 4 bars long (which may be enough) and in one bilbao gadget you could now have a 64 bar sample (16 pads where each pad has a sample 4 bars long) by using the method above. |
