I've searched for an answer and toyed with all facets of the Trinity (plus) but to no avail. i.e., After turning off all effects on global page, std. drum kit A008 sounds full and great. Going to sequencer and calling up same kit, drums are thin, less volume, etc. This is well known but has anyone found a workaround to getting the exact same program sound in seq. mode with all FX off? There are no FX on so copying or using same FXs in seq. mode doesn't help me. Or is it just a limitation with the Trinity? Does Triton have the same limitations? Thanks

Hi!

The Trinity and Triton do have the same behaviour : the effects are not automatically copied when you import a Program in a Sequence. You have to add them manually (menu pages 7 and 8 / menu "Copy from Program")

Probably the reason is, the Trinity can't process that many effects. So it gives you some in the sequencer.

I triggered some Rolands with the Trinity in sequencer mode, and it would always turn the echo and chorus off on my rolands just by starting a recording.
Because by default, all the effects sends and returns, are off=zero.

So what i did was go to the effects sends, and set a number for the channels my rolands were on, just so it wasn't 'zero'.

If you're using Trinity patches, try setting 'all' the sends set to program. I'm sure there are more settings you could set up.
Save it as a template. Reboot and load the template and see if you something to work with at least.
