I called my guy at Sweetwater and bought my new 4x. It'll be here this Thursday. I'm too jazzed for words guys. He's gonna update it for me before it ships. Tell me I made the right move. I'm I gonna love it??

This keyboard is around $3800 , if they offer you to update the OS they probably selling you an open box not sealed from factory . |

I doubt it. Bought my 1x. 2x, & 3x from them...no problems. I've got 30 days to be completely satisfied anyway. These guys are reputable. I've returned stuff for full refund, no questions. This ain't a backyard Craigslist deal.

I bought mine (new Pa4X, sealed from factory) too from SweetWater at the same price. Excellent customer service, professional and available for technical support by phone. |

Warranty!!!!
Since forever, we have only had 1 year warranty from Korg BUT NOW - 3 YEARS - YAY!!!!!

Hi liongold,
As I mentioned above it is a new Pa4X, sealed from factory.
I've preordered and waited 6 weeks to get this keyboard.
I hope you're kidding because I am not going to pay full price and wait 6 weeks for a open box keyboard... |

You may find that your box has been opened to insert the correct power cable.
Mine shipped with European cable

BR paid $3799 and I paid $3999 for exactly the same new board...right?? My wife about came unglued when she heard this. I'm calling Sweetwater this morning.
