Hi
I'm a newbie otherwise I am sure I wouldn't need to be asking this question but I cannot for the life of me find out from the manual how its done:

How do I find and control/change the program/s that it is/are doing the soloing from the keyboard when playing a combination?

Thanks
Ross

On the Conbi "Play" screen, each program in the Combi has onscreen buttons. If any of the "Solo" buttons are active, only those programs will play. If all the Solo buttons are inactive, then the programs with "Play" enabled will sound, provided they are on the same MIDI channel as the keyboard. If all the faders are set to max, the LED level meters from the active programs next to each fader should be showing some activity, indicating the volume of that program in the mix.

If this is a "new", or factory reset Oasys, things should be relatively straightforward. If someone has modified the Combis to suit their particular needs, then it is more likely there will be other factors affecting whether a particular Program will sound in a Combi, such as allocated MIDI channel, zoning, effects, and Karma, too. Karma, in particular (including on factory resets), has been set up on many Combis to trigger sounds specific to the Karma program i.e. the keyboard won't sound those notes, only Karma will, when it is running, and even then, the Programs playing may be dependent on the Karma "scene" selected.

The Oasys is a powerful and complex beast, or beauty, depending on how you feel about it at the time.
