Strange that you come on a Korg forum to ask about Roland and Yamaha technicalities!
Anyway, the only way you could transfer the Montage sounds is to sample them into a Fantom or Motif. _________________ Plugged in: Fantom 8, Jupiter-X, Jupiter 80, System-8, JD-XA, V-Synth GTv2, FA-06, SE-02, JU-06A, TR-09, VT-4, Go:Livecast, Rubix44, Shure SM7b, Push2, Ableton 11 Suite, Sibelius, KRK Rokit 5, |

An identical question was posted on a different forum. I attempted to explain that it can't be done. He said thank you.
So now he's posting here. I'm not sure what the point is. _________________ Fred

Yes, we talk about many different keyboards here.
But no, it's not possible to transfer sounds from a Yamaha to a Roland or vice versa. _________________ M3, Triton Classic, Radias, Motif XS, Alesis Ion |
