I recorded a short mp3 song demo on pa4x....eg: "take 1" and the saved it.


Now when I try to delete it,..... it says "file in use" and wont let me delete it, tried to change song selection to unuse it...tried unprotect in drop down also?
how do I delete the song?
I must be doing something wrong?

Load another song into the player. That will take it "out of use"

As Uncle Dave says.....
In Song play mode select a different song (anything - MP3, MIDI etc...) or power off and power back on

Select "Media" mode
Select "Delete" tab at bottom
Select the device and folder where you saved it
Select the file
Press Delete

Done!!!!
