OK, I've finally got the full monty, the M3-73 keybed + the M3 Module with the Radias card installed and the Radias Rack next to it. What settings do I need to change to stop the scroll wheel on the M3 module from changing the Radias R sitting next to it? Every time I am working on the M3 Module and move the scroll wheel it changes the Radias R Sad

In Global mode on the P1:MIDI - MIDI Routing tab you can select what MIDI commands get transmitted and received. Uncheck the Enable Program Change parameter if you want to stop the M3 from changing RADIAS programs.

The scroll wheel sends different MIDI depending on what is selected on the M3 so you might also want to uncheck Enable Control Change and Enable Exclusive.
