Dear members,
Ever since my Pa800 died down, I have now been having serious doubts & confusions about going back to Korg for its arrangers. Some time back I was having this discussion with a friend & he brought up something very genuine to this Korg Arrangers quality & reliability. He said that the parts now being used for arrangers have a life no more than 4-5 years max. After that, one thing or the other dies out & the instrument is rendered useless. Having said this, these are expensive instruments & must deliver for lengthy tenors. I owned a Korg Triton from year 2000 till 2008, until I got my Pa800 & the instrument never needed any repair job. At the time when I sold it, everything on the keyboard worked flawlessly.
Now, I'm not really sure about the reliability of Yamaha products but I'm seriously considering switching to this brand, since Korg is no longer a reliable & lasting brand.
Regards ,
Umair
