Basicly I turn on and off my whole gearbox by one Master Swich (power),
so all synths and others come up together and on the end of session all turn off the same way.
However SM20M once power cut off will NOT turn on itself when power received again.
You need to manually turn it off and back on. (volume pot combined with power switch)
Is there any way to avoid that?
Im able to do small modification on pcb like soldering some shortcut wire etc
I understand that I'm losing producers guarantee but Im going to do other mods as well - so no matter.
The same problem is with all Volcas but there I think it is more dificult.
Anyway - maybe somone delt with this issue before?
It is more electronic DIY question than synth operating...
I guess it works the same way in MS20 Mini |

Did you ever try a mod for this? A lot of newer Korg gear has this annoying power switch issue and it seems really dumb to me, fine if using batteries but when being powered by a psu I do not see the point of it. _________________ My Monotribe Only Album
