At last got to see and play (for 1 minute only!!) the new LS88 - it has taken a long time to get one here....
I seriously only played it for about a minute as I was in a rush but am going back next week to give it a decent thrashing.
In just one minute, I fell in love with the keybed feel - I believe I could live without aftertouch (will think more about that) so my solid reliable Kronos-61 could end up on Gumtree very soon.

I love my LS. Once you've played it a while you adapt. And you begin to phrase and embellish notes according to this feel. You know that everything else on the Kronos is great so my only concern was expressing myself on these keys. And now I ask the LS, where have you been all this time. Japanese engineering did good on this one. |
