Hello, my name is Vesa and I was very frequent visitor and contributer to former Tritonhaven and IrishActs, now I see life still exists here.
My opinions: Born 1967 I was most musically enjoyed in mid 80s, much heavy rock but also brit synth like depeche mode, howard jones etc. I recently wondered where the ffff sounds came from!? DX7, Juno6, M1 and such...but it wasn't until I heard JD 990 I was blown away...That resides inside of me and would myself have incorporated in that late 80s music. I am NOT musician, nor a pretender, but i know what I like. After JD990 came what? 1080, 2080, 3080/5080...bring forward to today: nothing sounds like JD 990.
Its not about the number of patches...200...2000...6000...imagine 600000 ....
I love NaturalSound technique, brings it..but why the hell send 32khz from 5080?
Bring your act together and release the phanthoms of JD900 with NaturalSounds?...no f*ck*ng collections...the BEST..we all have ears, dont go by what sold......
Thank you... My point is; I'd be so happy if someone played pads for me on their JD 990, more or like it. _________________ Roland JV-1010 / Triton-Rack 96MB / Trinity Plus PBS-TRI / Yamaha MOTIF6 64MB / Roland Fantom-XR 512MB / Yamaha MOXF6 1GB / Roland XV-3080 / Roland FANTOM-06 / Yamaha MODX6+ / E-mu Proteus 2000 / Roland XV-5080 128MB / Kross 1 / Kross 2 |
