|
|
Hi
Is there a special synch start setting to play multi pads , once a style play chord is pressed down to play.
I find that I have the multi pad saved with my style to use...but forget to present the multipad button for it to play.
Hope there is a setting..to use.
Regards

Hi Ronnie
The multi pads work independently from the synchro start so you have to press the pads in order to activate them.
Sorry - don't know a way to solve your question.

IIRC the EC5 will allow you to assign a pedal to start/stop pads....I'd need to check - it's been a while (a LONG while!) hahaha! |

Thank you Pete and miden for taking time to reply.
What a pity no system to synch start the pads was on offer from the last OS..2.0.1
regards to all

Hi Ronnie
Korg have never had any synchro-start for pads and I am sure I have not seen any request for it before yours.
What is it exactly that you want to do?
Is it "select a pad" but play it automatically when you sync-start a style?
Cheers

yes Pete, that is what I hoped for to work.....it is just when I play a song / style..I seem forget I had a Pad ideal for the style playing.....hence request that there may been a syncho start at beginning of playing song.
thanks again for your interest
regards

I've found that many styles don't use all 5 channels so you could determine which piece (Channel 12-16) you can live without and place the pad there and import the style back into the system. _________________ PA4x, PA500, NI Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2, Sonar Platinum, Ableton Live 10 Standard, NI Komplete12 Ultimate, EWQL Libraries, Nektar Impact LX88, Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 Gen2, Studiologic MP-117 Pedalboard |

Bill1983
I apologise but I do not understand what you mean by that idea...as I am far away from knowing the PA4x...perhaps you could explain in what is known as "layman terms"
thank you for replying

I think Bill is saying that some styles do not use all of the 5 ACC parts hence you could copy a PAD into the unused ACC of a style.
The PAD then becomes a permanent part of the STYLE
Not sure how "simple" that would be but quite an interesting thought.

Thanks Pete
still am lost as to understanding how a pad mixed into style would work..
sorry..
but how do you COPY a Pad into one of the unused style slots
as mentioned several Times..I am not technical minded....but willing to learn everyday..new stuff
