Hello forum!
This is my very first post, as I only bought a MicroKorg XL last week.
I play keys in a Guns N’ Roses cover band, and I want to recreate the synth (originally played by a moog) in the intro of Paradise City. It kicks in around 00:44...

Can anybody please help me?

Hi,
Try to start from one of the factory Lead sounds.
E.g. start from the A23 MG5thLd sound.
Remove the tape echo.
Reduce the EG2(AMP) sustain level a bit.
Change voice assign to Mono 2
Increase the portamento.
Ok, this is my personal, 5minutes, quick take.
Have fun. _________________ microKORGXL, Kaossilator Pro, monotribe, SQ-1, volca fm, Kross 88 BK
