cakewalk IP only sale...
welll.....
looks like they may have bought just the engine and samples...
time will tell!!
If they had bought the name as well that might be news i would like to hear!!
buying code is not all that good of deal....
unless they plan on using the code as is!!
just as a rebrand!!
buying and selling code is like buying and selling air...
you can change the way it is processed but it is still the same....
a good code guy could unzip cakewalk and open source it in a few days!!
I wish some one big here in the states could have bought cakewalk....
time will tell if this is a good thing!! _________________ my site klimaco.net

Sounds good to me. It's a tough business to be in though. It's hard to get excited about a Sequencer.
Regards
