Hello
On the sticker of my Korg Prologue (bought@usa) , behind the keyboard, it's indicated : 120V -50/60hz - 38w
(Not 100v - 240v -50/60hz , as generaly on the popular and recent item's since 15 years)
All se same, it can work to 220/240V do you think ???? Rolling Eyes
I can not believe in 2018 a hardware korg without an internal power supp to auto voltage are made !!! Shocked
In the manual, not information about, it's really unclear.....
- Korg.com just confirm me : not auto switching !!! we are in 2018, is it a joke ? this keyboard quote more 1900 usd !!!!! Evil or Very Mad
What do you think guy's ?
Thanks about your answer
Smile

If the ratings plate indicates 120V a.c. only, then, without further information to the contrary, that should be the only supply voltage to be used.

This forum is not operated by Korg, so don't expect support from them via this route. Contributors to the forum are a collection of enthusiastic amateur and pro musicians.

If you do contact and hear back from Korg support regarding supply voltage requirements, would you be kind enough to share them here.

A step-down transformer or auto transformer will do the job.
