I've tried Dexed and MIDIox using my focusrite interface and M-Audio Axiom keyboard.
No response whatsoever... I can send notes just fine, but banks and patches are not registering at all.
I'm completely baffled.
Is there a setting on the device or some windows driver nonsense that I missed?
Can anyone help me?? |

Hi,
As far as I know, there is no such thing as a setting on the device. There is also no device driver as such needed for the Volca FM.
In my experience it is working fine, but quite some of the patches in Dexed do not sound or are very quiet, although successfully transferred.
Try with another MIDI interface if possible. _________________ microKORGXL, Kaossilator Pro, monotribe, SQ-1, volca fm, Kross 88 BK

When I had a Volca FM, I was never able to send a bank, it had to be one patch at a time or the transfer wouldn't work. |

no problem sending a bank here.
make sure Dexed midi sysex out is set to the midi out the volca
is connected to ...
was hoping individual parameter edits would be sent.
unfortunately doesn't seem to: only bulk preset or bank.
anyone manage to get single parameters to work? |
