1. Korg Arrangers offers us some options for fast copying of parts from other styles. Unfortunately, only notes are taken over and no sounds, effects, EQ settings etc. How do I copy the whole part with all the settings into another (not a new empty) style.
2. I would like to delete a part with all SV elements so that there are no references to user sounds with user samples. There is a command "delete whole track", but here only notes are deleted and I have to go through all the style variations one after the other and manually change the assignment to a factory sound. Is there a workaround that I delete or initialize a part quickly in one step?[/b] |

A Stylefile consists of SEQUENCES (Midi commands) in style elements and their chordvariations. That is the part of Styles you can handle with copy and delete style-parts with style-editor.
A Stylefile also consists of STYLESETTINGS (style performances) - that are track informations (play parameters) you can not handle with copy and delete style-parts.
With copy/delete some or all tracks of style-elements and its chordvariations nothing happens with style-settings. Style adjustments (track’s Volume, sounds, pan, drum mappings, wrap around, effects, EQ, starting tempo etc) must be programmed as Style Settings data of a style, and then saved in the Style Settings (in Style Play mode).

An exception is "OriginalStyleSounds", saved with the style editor. This makes it possible playing together with style-settings changed sounds, as soon as the Original Style Sound parameter in the Style Play > Main > Volume pane (accompaniment tracks shown) is checked. Also "OriginalStyleSounds" are not to handle with copy / delete style-parts with style-editor. _________________ kind regards
