|
|
Hello everyone,
Does anyone know of a simple way to transfer a 3x file to the 4x? I do not have a Songbook Editor (I have a Mac). There are several styles that I have on my 3x that I want to transfer to the 4x. I've looked in the manual and can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.
By the way, happy holidays to everyone!

You can load any/all of your PA3X styles in MEDIA mode just by using the normal "Load" tab options.
If you want to load specific banks or individual styles, you need to "Open" the SET, then open STYLE then select or "Open" the bank then select your style to load.
All my PA3x styles transferred perfectly.
Alternatively, you can simply use your PA3X SET as a DIRECT access SET and all your USER and FAVORITE styles will be there to select and play under the "Direct"overhead tab, (except FAVORITE banks 11 & 12 - PA4X only has 10 Favorite banks)
Cheers

I don't remember for certain, but you may have to take the lock off Factory Styles to access them. _________________ DonM |
