Hi,
Is it possible to Export a Drum Kit from Korg Pa700 Oriental and Import it into Pa4X?
If yes, I would appreciate it if somebody can explain the process.
Thanks.

Hi BR,
I think you can save the PA700 DK that you want as a user set and load it to your PA4X.
The process is as following;
Go to media
Save
Choose your USB drive to save it
Give a name for your set
** you will have the option to save everything or just the DK folders and then once it is saved you open it on your pa4x and load it to an empty slot.
Hope that works .
Moe

Thanks for the reply.
The DR Kit I want to export is in Local, that means it is in Internal memory not User's locations.
If I do as you described:
Are the Multisamples (PCM) of the DR kit exported too?

I am not sure if it is gonna work , but try to copy and save the drum kit in one of the user slots of the pa700 first , if that data is protected and uses an sd card dongle I am afraid it may not work. Try and see if you can copy and save it.
Good luck!

I did copy/past the DR kit in a user and load it to another set unfortunately it is not working, that mean the samples are not saved with DR Kit.

There is no sd card dongle. This style is in Local, that means it is from Factory, its included in Pa700 Oriental when you buy it.
Thanks anyway

Did you try saving eveything as a new set including the local folder ?
That would be the last I can think that should work .

If DK or sound is using Factory Samples, samples or Multisamples won't be exported.
Is not possible extract factory samples from Korg Arrangers.

Yes I did and the same result.
I learned that Save All, it saves only the data from Users that are in RAM memory not from Factory.
Nemik you are right, I think this is not possible.
Thanks guys anyway.
