I would like to use the xy pad on the nanopad2 much in the same way it's used on a kp3. mainly for effects but on a track I have running in a daw, has korg released a plugin that has most of the effects from the kp3 in vst format?
does the nanopad have to be mapped when used with effects software? is this easy, intuitive?

I was thinking some type of korg software vst which syncs with korg's line of midi controllers would be an obvious thing as it could be auto mapped to specific hardware making it plug and play friendly. but I can't find any information about if such a thing exists.
