Hi.
Is it possible to create every part of a styles or sequence on the Korg PA4x? I like the rhythms and styles already on there but hope I could make my own to stored in the keyboard that can be as complex as the factory ones.
Thanks _________________ Kurzweil PC3K6

Hi Pelican
Yes, you can create every component of a style from scratch.
You can make it as complex as you want with up to 32 measures using all CVs (Chord variations) with effects for all INTROs/ENDINGs/VARs/Break etc....

Amazing. I’ve been deciding between good computer or PA4x and I guess a keyboard has less chance of crashing. I think the string sounds are very modern. If I can import drum sounds, it will be good for making songs. I am still trying to find out if the tunings on the Standard Version have the same capabilities as on the Oriental Version. _________________ Kurzweil PC3K6

Thanks | For creating customized styles this is exactly the keyboard you need.
The Pa4X is generally very powerful and specially in this area (creating customized styles).
Regarding sequencing I didn't try it. |

Thank you. This keyboard almost seems to be a hardware version of everything possible with a software sequencer, the difference being, to me, hardware is more reliable live.
Could you, by any chance, be able to import tracks from a software sequencer into the Korg? _________________ Kurzweil PC3K6

HI Pelican
Software sequencer, you mean DAW like pro tools Cubase etc.?
I never done it but I assume it can be done it you save it as Standard midi files which is Korg Pa4x native.
I hope I didn't confused you.

Yes. That is what I mean. That would be useful for sequencing. Thanks. _________________ Kurzweil PC3K6
